If you would like to register as part of our out of print service please fill in the following form and press the submit button to send the data to us. Please note: you may be required to send ordered books either to Countrybookshop or directly to customers. At the end of each month you should send an invoice to Countrybookshop for the books that you have supplied (to Countrybookshop and/or directly to customers) during that month and you will be paid at the end of the following month.
