| How to Place an Order |

After you have decided
on an item you wish to purchase and have gone to the item page for that
item, click on the add item to basket link in the box on the right hand
side of the screen labeled 'Order This Item', this will take you to the
shopping basket.
There is also a link
to add item to basket on the search page which you can use instead of
the one on the item page.
You should repeat
this step for each item you want to purchase and add as many items as
you like to the shopping basket.

The shopping basket
will show a list of the items you want to buy and the postage charges
for various regions.
You can change the
quantity of the item you want to buy by entering the quantity you wish
to order in the 'Quant' box next to the relevant item and clicking the
update button.
If you want to remove
an item from your shopping basket, set the quant to 0 and click update.
When everything you
wish to buy is in the shopping click either secure checkout or standard
checkout to continue. Use the secure checkout option unless you have a
problem with it for some reason.

After you select the
secure or standard checkout you will be taken to the following page.
On this page you need
to enter your E Mail address.
If this is your first
order with us leave the password box empty. For any future orders you
place you will be able to enter your password here to log into your account
and save time with the next stage of the order process.

You now need to fill
in the Customer Address Details. This must match the card holders address
for the card you are paying with if this is your payment method.
If the delivery address
for your order is different to the card holders address fill it in in
the right hand column.
If the delivery address
is the same as the card holders address you can leave the right hand column
blank.

Next you need to fill
in your payment details. You can choose to pay using the following methods.
On the internet with
a credit or debit card.
By phone
By voucher
by cheque or postal
order
You need to select
the appropriate payment method and then add your card type, number, expiry
date and security code if paying on the internet.
Please note we do
not begin to process your order until we receive your payment if you choose
to pay by phone or by cheque.

If your items are
being delivered outside of Europe you need to choose a delivery method.
You can choose between
Priority Delivery which is quicker and standard delivery which is cheaper.
You can also add notes
here, this can be any additional information about your order you wish
to pass on to us.
At the bottom of this
page the will be the option to enter a password in order to set up an
account. If you do this you can use the password next time you place an
order and it will automatically fill in your address details from your
account.
When you have entered
all your address and payment details and any notes click the Review Order
button to proceed to the next stage.

The next page displays
all the details you entered on the last page for review so you can check
everything is correct.
If it is not you can
click the Go Back button at the bottom of the page to return to the previous
page and correct any mistakes.
If your order qualified
for free delivery details of this will be shown here.

Further down the page
there should be a list of all the items you are ordering along with their
prices.
If this list is empty
it means there is a problem with the order. This is usually caused by
cookies being turned off on your computer. You should make sure that cookies
are turned on, and try placing the order again in a new browser window.
If you have chosen
to pay by cheque you should print out this page and include it with your
cheque when you post it to us. Please note your order is not complete
and will not reach us until you click the send order button on this page.
Once you are sure
all your details are correct and all the items you ordered are displayed
on this page you should click the Send Order button to complete the order.

This screen means
we have successfully received your order and the ordering process is complete.
You will receive an
E-mail from us to confirm your order. It should contain your name and
address details along with a list of the titles you have ordered.
