Author Information Silvana Franco is an innovative cookery writer and food stylist with over a decade of experience working in the food media. Silvana began her career working for BBC Vegetarian Good Food magazine, moving onto BBC Good Food, then to become Food Editor of Marks & Spencer Food Magazine. Silvana has appeared on Gourmet Express 2 with Ainsley Harriott and was a co-host of the successful BBC2 food series, The Best. She has also presented her own cooking slot on GMTV: Cooking for Christmas. Her most recent publications include Can't Cook Won't Cook Leaves Home, Pizza and Pasta. The latter two cookbooks are published in the UK and US. |
