O'Conaire, Beairtle
Beairtle O Conaire is from Ros Muc, Co. Galway, and now lives in An Spideal. He was a primary school teacher for many years in Scoil Mhichil Naofa, An Spideal, but he is now retired. He has written two collections of short stories, An Fete agus Scealta Eile and Marilyn Monroe i mBaile an Ghoirt. Fonn na Fola is his first novel.
