Kisanga, Eliawony
Dr Eliawony Kisanga was Deputy Director in the Economic Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat. He holds a PhD in Regional Economic Integration from the London School of Economics. He is the author of Industrial and Trade Cooperation in Eastern and Southern Africa and co-editor with David Peretz and Rumman Faruqi of Small States in the Global Economy, published by the Commonwealth Secretariat and the World Bank. Sarah Jane Danchie is a Research Officer in the Economic Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat.
