For the past four years she has been the resident Health and Fitness presenter on ITV's This Morning and her expertise has been sought by the international media channels of CNN and ITN. Elsewhere, she has acted as a consultant for major organisations such as Volvic, Reebok, Tesco, Nike and the Royal Navy. As its Patron, Joanna is also involved in Move4Health, the official physical activity provision of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Obesity in association with the National Obesity Forum. In 1999, Joanna launched her healthy lifestyle company, activeaction.com, which is dedicated to helping people achieve real weight-loss results.
