| | Jessie Feinstein worked in the US with young people in custody, often due to gang involvement and subsequently has worked in the UK with young people involved in gang activity through the Gangs and Territorialism Programme, established by Leap Confronting Conflict. Nia Imani Kuumba has worked with young people, and those who work with them in the Caribbean, Europe and the US, since 1984, and is a senior trainer in conflict resolution working on the Leap Gangs and Territorialism Programme. The training programme was developed using the experiences of young gang members throughout the UK, and successful interventions in the UK, USA and mainland Europe. |
