Professor Andrew Neely is Director of the Centre for Business Performance at Cranfield School of Management and Professor of Operations Startegy and Performance. He has been researchng and teaching in the field of business performance measurement since the late 1980s, and has authored over 30 books and articles on the subject. He has consulted to and worked with numerous organisations including Andersen Consulting, British Aerospace, British Airways, DHL, NatWeat Bank, British Telecom, KPMG and Rolls Royce Aerospace.
